In the past we have discouraged shipping our display cases to Canada and/or Mexico due to the high cost of shipping and risk of damage. An additional problem was the difficulty in providing accurate estimates to customers that included the cost of shipping as well as other import taxes and fees. That has changed thanks to our partnership with UPS and Zonos. UPS is giving us lower shipping rates and Zonos is taking care of most of the work in providing accurate estimates.
As of today, if you arrive on our website, and you are on a device located in Canada or Mexico, you will see a special welcome box on the bottom right that will explain how shipping to your country works. Importantly, when you go to check out you'll see all the costs broken down so you know exactly how much you are paying and what you are paying for. We have set it up so that the taxes are included in your payment so that you don't have to worry about that upon delivery.
Please be aware that there are issues with the currency that is displayed as some things will be displayed in U.S. dollars and some things in your currency. But, on the last screen, that shows your total payment -- that number will be in your currency. Attached is a screenshot of a sample Canadian order showing what I mean.
